Block G - Sauvignon Blanc

Block G is our 2nd planting of Sauvignon Blanc. It is different than block E in several ways, but we love what comes out of it. Block G is a south facing grade with several unique features that produces higher Brix than block E. We also reached back into our full collection of "crazy ideas" to plant vines that are usually not used in the new world. The results have been stellar and once again we feel blessed to have come so far so fast with this incredible grape that is still new to Michigan. One MSU graduate once confided in me about their research on our farm. The conclusion was that these people are "F-in crazy!" By the way is their any Laurentide Sauvignon Blanc left in that bottle
