I am a native of Wisconsin (hail all cheese & wine pairings) and am our most senior member of the team. My job is complex but my most important function is our official closer, greeting the last customers to get a grip on the tenor of the situation, sizing up the sale and finishing the deal. I am well liked and charismatic, friendly to a flaw and paw, will kiss on demand and can say unabashedly that wine wise, I am the Robert Barker of dogs. Although I bark from a beer state, I have definitive preferences starting with our Pinot Noir Rosé on the dry side and demand a 4 finger lick at closing. I do know my limit so I feel I am a great role model. Found on most laps or chairs, I can jump to attention with a call to duty unsurpassed by any member of the crew.
